Job Description
Position as Head of Logistical Services BNET Sourcing. You will manage a group of approximately 9 direct reports and indirect a global team with representatives from all 10 regions.

The Head of Logistical Services reports to Head of EMS & Logistical Services and is a member of the unit management team.

The main responsibility for Logistical Services is to drive and be responsible for Global Category Strategy and Supplier Management for Logistical suppliers and to ensure excellent performance and cost efficiency in the supply chain by means of

· Managing business relationship with preferred logistical providers

· Cost and performance management

· Category Strategy development

· Provision with and decision on supplier base

· Agreements, business models and RFQ management

Main responsibilities are:

· Lead and develop the unit and team

· Manage and develop the RFI/RFQ process

· Supplier evaluation and supplier selection

· Negotiate prices and agreements

· Driving supplier governance being responsible for the overall relationship with the supplier

· Ensure close cooperation and interaction with regional logistical services organizations. Supply and colleagues within Ericsson sourcing community.

· Secure accurate data quality of supplier and agreement information in our IT tools.

Qualifications
Education; Master of Science or similar

Creative and result oriented, and able to work under pressure

Relationship skills

Professional/Technical Competence

Experience of being a manager and leading larger organizations.

Knowledge and good understanding of the telecommunications industry

Knowledge and good understanding of the supply chain management and logistics
