We are currently looking for a Head of Logistics to our customer Henkel Norden AB in Alvik. This is a recruitment for an indefinite period with a six-month trial period. Henkel operates worldwide with leading innovations, brands and technologies in three business areas: Adhesive Technologies, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care.

Job Description: Define & optimize the distribution network in alignment with the Global Logistics strategy ensuring ideal cost for optimal service and taking into account sustainability aspects.
Create a customer satisfaction driven organization by ensuring high levels of Service Level and actively enhancing customer collaboration via KPI exchange and project work.
Ensure successful collaboration with our Local Service Providers -3PL at both the strategic and operational level .
Lead and/or support selected cross functional improvement projects within the Nordic Supply Chain.
Budget responsibility of logistic costs including communication to business while ensuring transparency and optimization.
Drive Supply Chain initiatives in the context of digitalization while anticipating, capturing & implementing relevant Supply Chain trends.
Develop, lead & motivate the assigned team with 2 direct reports.
Required Experience and Skills: 2-3 years of experience from Logistics Execution within the Nordic market.
Experience in a managerial role is preferred
Experience in project planning and execution
Leadership experience ideally within logistics and FMCG
Change and People Management experience
Commercial and Business awareness
Experience in building, managing and developing relationships with external stakeholders
Fluent in English, Swedish is an advantage but not mandatory
Master's Degree within operational management or logistics (or comparable) is an advantage
Good skills in Excel
SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory
Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Excellent decision-making skills
Result and customer focused
Very good analytical skills
Ability to prioritize short- and long-term goals
Team player with a LEAN mindset seeing opportunities rather than problems
