Treadler is a newly launched B2B initiative by the H&M Group where we offer access to H&M Group’s global supply chain as a service to external companies. Treadler’s clients will benefit from H&M Group’s expertise, long-term supplier partnerships and strategic sustainability work, helping them overcome initial business barriers and accelerate sustainable change. Treadler´s core offering is an end-to-end supply chain for its clients, from sourcing to logistics. We are now looking for our next star to take on the full-time position as Head of Logistics. You will be responsible of the end-to-end logistics flow and be part of our vision: to make sustainable fashion available for everyone.
Job Description
Your role is to continuously develop manage and execute an attractive, competitive, and high performing logistics service to our clients. You will work both strategically and operationally meaning that you have the ability to maintain a holistic view but also dig into the details and do not shy from doing the job yourself. The role is wide and more specifically this means that you:
Define, drive, and execute Treader’s logistics strategy and operational work
Constantly work on optimization of freight cost and lead times to Improve our client offer
Drive the packaging and labelling strategy and execution within Treadler service offer
Support and sell the logistics service together with our sales team in the sales cycle
Designing processes and leading cross functional improvement projects
Being logistics process- and system owner
Always have a focus on sustainability in our service offer
Lead and motivate the logistics team
Optimize logistics set-up ensuring a cost efficient and profitable service
Always keep client satisfaction in mind, ensuring high-level of service KPI: s
Be a Treadler ambassador to all external stakeholders and Interact with key stakeholder to secure our client offering.
Collaborate and co-create solutions with relevant functions within H&M group

Qualifications
In this role you have a unique chance to benefit from the solid heritage of H&M Group while at the same time enjoying an entrepreneurial environment where you can be bold and push the boundaries. To enjoy and perform in our fast paced and dynamic environment we believe that you:
Have + 10 years of experience within global logistics and operations, and preferable Global Trade
Have strong formal and/or informal leadership skills with the ability to handle complexity and create result
Have experience in cross-functional project planning and execution
Have great communication- and stakeholder management skills (internal and external), preferably from a global B2B environment
Are strong in decision making and leading in an unpredictable and complex environment
Enjoy the combination of strategy and executional work
Are business minded with client in focus and comfortable driving for consistent growth and margin improvements
Are professional, service-oriented as well as prestige-less
Are fluent in English
Have probably worked in a global context before
