Hencon is a worldwide supplier of special mobile equipment for the heavy industry. Hencon equipment provides the solution with specially designed, custom-made vehicles. Maintenance and speedy, on-site service are key features of our mobile solutions, making us unique.
The head of maitenance department need to be able to manage the following duties.
- Setting up a budget fort all critical vehicles, the spending and control of cost within the budget.
-Accountable for the security, hand over and booking out of the spares in stores/coldstore.
-Communications with Client if client’s staff that do not report items/parts taken from stores.
-Logistics and stores, where stores include audits, stock control, spare parts management - (setting up what spares are required for all maintenance and repairable items and by looking at the history, setting up the correct order and stock quantities that are required.)
- Controlling that Hencon maintenance conforms to all health and safety requirements by providing the required PPE, safety policy and regular health and safety audits.
- Reporting to Hencon and the client management, the maintenance effort report, taking all the uploaded info from the portal. (Availability, Reoccurring BD count of BD, vehicle utilization and budget conformance)
- Ensuring that the maintenance schedules be constantly updated to ensure that correct and effective maintenance can be done.
- Ensuring the correct training and use of the portal by the whole team and operations personnel.
- Enforcing the maintenance schedule as setup by the workshop manager.
- Controlling that abuse work orders, pictures and incident reporting is done, costed and signed off by the client.
The actual work order submission and information collection relating to the incident remains the responsibility of the maintenance team and the workshop manager.
- Controlling of the company tools, equipment, facilities and vehicles.
- Negotiations with migration authorities and involvement in arranging work permits
- Handling and controlling local invoices and financial statement
- Controlling and arranging delivery and modifications to newly delivered vehicles
- Procurement of new machines as per customer’s request.
- Handle all queries and questions from customer
