What’s in it for you?
The position as Senior Director ME eMachine, is a great opportunity for you, ready to take the next step in your career as a manager. We are looking for a true leader with high ambitions and great interest in both developing people, manufacturing engineering and eMachine organisation. Besides entering a senior position, you will also play an important role in the Manufacturing Engineering management team. Further you will drive changes and improvements globally and develop a strong business-oriented culture. This position is based in Göteborg, but requires travel to Skövde in the beginning.
What you’ll do
You will lead a global organisation consisting of forty employees and three managers based in both Göteborg and Skövde. Since this is a new organisation, this area will grow and Skövde is just the starting point.
You will be responsible and work to develop (define, prepare), implement, introduce and maintain quality-assured, effective and standardised production systems in the eMachine Shops plants according to targets. You will ensure process-driven product development with focus on effective and quality secured production and robust design/process solutions. You will be reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Engineering.
You will also
• Manage organisation and resources to meet defined targets on all locations
• Define and maintain technical strategies within the area
• Ensure a process-driven product development
• Define, introduce and maintain production systems
• Be responsible for Program management within your area of responsibility
• Ensure the fulfilment of all eMachine Shops and processing demands for system and components
• Verify product and process through virtual and physical series

We see that you have extensive leadership experience and desire to lead people whit a proven track record in successfully delivering in your previous roles. Experience of driving change within a complex manufacturing business, knowledge and capability of implementation of lean tools and techniques. The most important part is that you know the importance of a team in balance. For this position you need to be fluent in spoken and written English.
