The Opportunity
It's our vision to make the world a better place for pets and their parents. As part of that vision, our Marketing team plays a key role in marketing our message to our consumers - making sure that our brand remains top of mind, distinguish us from competitors and consistent delivery across all points of the customer purchase journey.

We're looking to hire an established business-oriented marketing professional who will strengthen our Swedish leadership team. We'll look to you to define and deliver on our marketing strategy for the growth of ManyPets in Sweden. You'll lead and develop a growing team of local market specialists, manage our local agency relationships, and optimise our online and offline marketing channels. You'll own and oversee our key campaigns, lead on the delivery of projects, report and analyse our spend and investment, and look to optimise our marketing channel reach and return.

You'll collaborate to attract new consumers, increase sales, and grow retention rates. You’ll ensure our brand, communication and proposition all attracts and retains the Swedish consumer base while Increasing our growth - all while being aligned to the global approach by working in close partnership with our global marketing community to stay within brand guidelines and best practices.

This role will suit someone who is used to working in an entrepreneurial (and at times ambiguous) environment where change is constant - and flexibility is vital. We are a regulated business so you will need to be comfortable switching between ensuring a compliant environment, while moving at speed in partnership with the business.

Your Focus
Building our Swedish marketing strategy, leveraging insight and data at every touchpoint from our customers, business data and our competitive landscape.
Creating and executing a clear customer acquisition plan, including management of sales projections and the delivery of new business.
Driving clear sales growth and customer loyalty through a positive brand experience and effective marketing channel management.
Monitoring, analysing and reporting on customer acquisition and brand engagement metrics.
Setting and Implementing a retention plan In terms of activities.
Optimising the use of data and automation to deliver targeted content and messages effectively - and to budget that you will monitor and report on.
Develop a performance-based approach, by proactively testing and optimising our channels, platforms, content/creatives and methods that will drive improved results.
Working closely with our Product team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Planning develop and executing our integrated campaigns, both online and offline.
Ensuring that all content and creative is on brand and complies with local and EU laws on advertising, data handling and financial promotion.
Ownership and management of key relationships with our local agencies.
Delivering events activation and content to further strengthen consumer engagement.
Working with the Managing Director and Global Marketing team and taking ownership of company PR; leading on PR opportunities and mitigating risks.
Responsible for budgets which you monitor and report on status.
Building awareness and brand reputation with our investors, partners and pet industry influencers.
Coaching, leading and developing your team to deliver against objectives and targets, ensuring personal development is always supported.
Partnering closely with our Managing Director for Sweden, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing, Performance and Finance teams.
Influence change In a Matrix organization where you will be part of the Swedish Leadership Team where the key objective will be to work cross functional to grow and develop the Swedish business.

What's Important
You're likely to be in a similar level role and you've crafted a career that covers all aspects of marketing: ATL, DM, Performance, Affiliates, Partnerships and Content.
You'll know how to deliver, reach improve on sales performance, coordinating with multiple teams to create a plan - and executing against it.
You'll know how to balance delivery in a local market, while working alongside a broader global team and brand.
Ideally, you'll have some experience of working in a fast-paced business. Things move very quickly here, and it'll set you up for success if you've done this before.
You have an enviable track record of leading the strategic development of business propositions - you bring a broad understanding of marketing from your previous experience.
You'll have an impeccable understanding of both Swedish and English - written and verbal.
