We are looking for a Head of Marketing Communications, region ScanBalt, to further develop the marketing communication in dormakaba by planning and deliver targeted marketing communications initiatives for the ScanBalt region. You will work closely with the sales organisations in the region, ensuring that activities are focused on the needs of the local countries. You will also collaborate and work closely with Global marketing communications, corporate communications and Digital marketing teams.
The role includes both strategic and operational marcom to raise awareness that drive sales for the company, our products, and secure target group communication, awareness, attention, differentiation, and loyalty. Strategy to drive leads with market visibility and strategy to secure loyalty.
Key accountabilities
Define and execute marketing communication strategies for demand creation, lead generation, and strengthen customer engagement with our brand.
• Set up and follow up Marketing plan and budget
• Digitalization, Brand awareness, Campaign strategy
• Customer retention and Customer acquisitions
• Crafting key solution messages; and providing leadership by articulating company vision and direction to internal staff, key customers and press.

About you

You will report to VP Marketing, region ScanBalt and have 3 direct reports. The position is located in Gothenburg but some travel within the region will be required.
