We are now looking for a Head of Master Data Management to our Customer Master Data Management group. You will be responsible for the team that holds together the main architecture and platforms for mastering our customer data globally.
You will be part of a product management team, which has a joint responsibility for the product vision, roadmap and finding business opportunities. In this team, the current focus is on transforming our big product portfolio. Our ongoing focus is to modernize our platform with new features, data quality, observability, AI/ML and Data Stewards UI as well as integrating on the enterprise level with D365 and SAP as a part of Scania ecosystem.

Your profile
You have a background and solid knowledge in digitalization and master data management. You understand data driven architecture and know how to work with data integration and data quality. You understand the technologies that are in use and can guide and inspire your team. You have a background within leadership and are good at creating and communicating strategy. You have a high social skill and are good at building network and meet with stakeholders in a global environment, You strive to improve your way of leading yourself and others. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. You are a good coach for people and can adapt your leadership skills to different situations.
You have a deep understanding of the agile manifesto and what it truly stands for. You setup teams with diversity to maximize their value. You can coach and lead teams in their journey to continuously improve and reach new insights of their and your own abilities.
