Duties include:


Lead a team of skilled Engineers within Mechanical Engineering.
Fully responsible for coordinating technical tasks inside the mechanical team assigned to the platform.
Contribute to set up world class working systems and procedures

Skills and Competencies:


A strong motivator, mindful leader and team player with a humble and positive mindset
Capable of continuously adapting to new topics and adjusting focus in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Solution oriented with good technical understanding also outside the area of mechanics
Professional written, verbal, communication and presentation skills in English
Good people management skills


Requirements:


Excellent leading skills with experience from leading technical teams
Good interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and train others
Demonstrated successful experience in mechanical engineering within a product design and manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years’ experience in CAD
Experience with Scrum
Experience with product and process validation according to DFMEA
Experience with PLM systems and how they are linked to the CAD work
Experience with CATIA V5 is a strong plus
Automotive experience from small to medium sized companies is a plus
MSc in Mechanical Engineering
