We currently have 75 stores on 22 markets and offer online selling on 33 markets through Stories.com and external partners. And we are growing!
Job Description
As Head of Merchandising EU retail you will lead the team of merchandisers to extraordinary results, overall commercial responsibility for maximizing the selling and profit development and together with the other Sales Store teams secure the best customer offer.
Your responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Drive net sales and day-to-day operations in your planning market
Take short and long-term actions to increase selling based on relevant analysis
Plan, manage and follow up sales, stock and reduction levels in line with global strategies and goals
Manage and execute the retail commercial plan for your market based on the overall global commercial plan
Secure omni collaboration within your planning market
Keep a clear dialogue with central teams, including the buying office, to ensure that we offer the best assortment possible to our customers
Drive a strong cross-functional alignment with other departments

This is a temporary position based in Stockholm and you will report to Global Head of OMNI Merchandising.
