Head of Merger and Acquisition

Responsibilities:

Lead M&A strategy and execution based on Rovio and games BU strategy
Lead the M&A team
Lead deal sourcing, financial modeling and analysis and deal structuring of the opportunities, due diligence process negotiations, and integration projects
Provide market feedback to the leadership team regarding market trends and opportunities
Maintain and develop Rovio image in the industry
