We are currently looking for commercially driven and enthusiastic Head of Offer Marketing to create a culture of operational excellence across all offer marketing in the Nordic-Baltic zone, throughout all phases of the product lifecycle including introduction, growth, maturity and decline.
The core focus of the role is to ensure that offer management in the zone has a culture of business ownership and that local offer managers are commercial and customer oriented. Head of Offer Marketing will work closely with channel and segment to ensure price and commercial policy are robustly deployed for all offers.

What you will do as the Head of Offer Marketing:
• You’ll understand and share offer strategy with the global line of business to adapt and execute it locally. You ensure all offers have a local playbook and operational marketing plan. You’ll liaise with the offer teams to ensure you influence the line of business roadmaps
• You’ll advise and help develop the local offers to meet customer needs and standards
• You’ll ensure that all the offers are robustly launched into the market by working closely with sales teams and ensuring appropriate training across the business and meet launch forecasts
• Ensure master data is well managed and updated and you'll run boost campaigns
• You’ll master the offer and application knowledge
• You’ll fully embrace digital tools across the offer marketing community, ensure that every offer utilizes appropriate digital tools for offer selection and customer use
• You’ll create a culture of operational excellence and commercial ownership within the team!
What we are looking for:
• Previous experience or interest in developing your career and taking on team leading
• Suitable educational background (business degree)
• Previous professional experience in Sales & marketing
• Communication skills and ability to influence effectively at all levels in an international setting
• Financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organization and time management skills
• Fluent English, Nordic languages are an advantage
You have strategic approach to your work and strong exposure to commercial topics, process and large volumes of data. You enjoy customer interaction and deal effectively with changing situations. If you are motivated by interesting challenges and view them as opportunities, achieving your goals and ready to go for that extra mile, you are the person we are looking for!
