Head of Offer & Pricing
We are looking for a new colleague to head up the Offer & Pricing team. Someone who secures an outstanding customer offer portfolio and makes sure we can be the best mobility provider on the market.

In this very important role you will, together with a small team, work hands on with the complete offer including the Month-to-Month membership, cash sales, leasing, service offers etc. The team is also responsible for the long-term volume plans, business cases and has the full life cycle responsibility for our offers.

This role will be based in Gothenburg and report to the Head of Vehicle and Offer Portfolio.

What you'll do

- Develop and manage customer offer strategy across Europe
- Secure a competitive range of customer offers (B2C & B2B), including the Month-to-Month membership
- Drive cross functional implementation projects of new customer offers
- Be the go-to person for Customer offer related questions
- Lead the Offer & Pricing team


What you should have

- Strong business understanding
- Through your experiences you have built a strong commercial and financial understanding regarding customer and product offers (B2C and B2B) across different markets
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Leadership skills
- You have an open mindset and like to challenge status quo and come with creative ideas
