Head of Operational Readiness

The Fixed Mobile convergence tribe is responsible to develop and operate our digital API’s that enables our customers to connect to what matters most.  We develop and run our services both in our own datacenters and in the cloud where our cloud transformation is an important must win battle.

What you´ll do

As Head of Operational Readiness in FMC you’re on a mission to create a hustle free and fully automated operations department and a team that empowers developers with insights and visibility into how our applications are performing and cater for a world class developer experience.

You will be responsible for setting the strategy for your team leading to deliver on your mission. As a leader – you have responsibility to ensure the employees and teams grow and are achieving our mission.

In your role as Head of Operational Readiness you will have a number of squads accountable for:
* Ensure the developers have right toolset and a great CI/CD – pipelines.
* Our Cloud Adaptation journey and Infrastructure Capabilities. 
* Incident Management and our applications are working flawlessly around the clock.
* An efficient and effective incident management response.
* We have taken a bet to have a Touch Free Operation, you are the key player in achieving this bet.
* Responsible for AM, Tech Lead, System manager.

Who you are

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have previous experience of running business critical systems that cannot be taken offline. To be able to succeed we also see that you have a keen interest and experience in cloud and automation.  You are a leader with an ambition to build a high performing team. In order to be successful, we believe you feel engaged to work according to our behaviours (Always Explore, Create Together, Keep Promises and Be Respectful) and have a few years' previous experience of managing complex projects as a strategy consultant (or equivalent).
