Head of Operations
for our Diamond Tools Factory in Jönköping
We now have an exciting opening as Head of Operations Manager for our Diamond Tools Factory in Jönköping as our current Manager is taking the next step within the Husqvarna organization.
The Site manufactures Husqvarna diamond tools-products for the sawing and drilling market, one of the world’s leading brand within the construction industry. About 45 people work at the factory. You role will also consist of being Site manager for the Jönköping site.

Your mission and responsibilities
The Head of Operations Manager is responsible for our factory in Jönköping and the position reports directly to Vice President Diamond Tools. You will be an important part of the Diamond Tools management team where you will interface and collaborate cross functionally with other senior team members, in order to benefit the overall division customer satisfaction, profitability and growth.
The role is ultimately responsible to manage, execute, control and report activities in the factory in order to deliver, safe, responsive and a reliable mix of effective service at committed manufacturing cost and minimized finished goods and raw materials inventory, aligned with budget, strategy and service offerings. The role also consists of being responsible for the site and managing this in cooperation with the facility department.
In this role you will also have the full personnel responsibility of around 10 direct reports. This means you are responsible for coaching and empowering your team, health and safety, work environment at the site, recruitment and work in collaboration with the unions.

To be successful in this role we see that you need to have a degree in Engineering, or equivalent level of experience-based knowledge and at least 5 years of experience from similar positions. You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
