Head of Operations

Vargas Holding is seeking a Head of Operations for a new business area. The role will be responsible for building end-to-end operations of in the decarbonization space.
The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience building and leading industrial operations on a large scale. He or she has deep hands-on experience in TPM and Lean, and in driving digital transformation by leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies and business model innovation. He or she is strong in business transformation and change management, and has proven leadership experience in developing high performing teams.
We believe that the ideal candidate has experience in operational excellence combined with long-term strategic planning, investment portfolio management and driving M&A activities. Experience working in Asia is considered a plus. He or she holds a degree in engineering or operations, and a masters degree in business administration or finance.
