Head of Operations

BRIEF OVERVIEW
We are looking for a stellar Operations professional, with a passion for luxury lifestyle brands and great coordination skills. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm. Recruitment is ongoing and we are ready for you to start straight away.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute logistics across the entire supply chain from sourcing, manufacturing, packing and import/export processes to end consumer delivery (e-commerce & B2B order management)
Manage inventory and warehouse operations throughout all Simris locations
Develop and streamline internal systems, tools and processes, including their documentation and monitoring to achieve continuous improvements
Design and implement internal reports including development of targets and KPI for Simris’ different business functions
Building, developing and improving Simris Operations and the functions under its areas of responsibility

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate degree in Business Administration and Supply Chain/Operations
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics and supply chain
Min. 3 years of relevant experience from manufacturing and sales incl. B2B, B2C and e-commerce of premium consumer goods and lifestyle retail
Min. 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining modern cloud-based IT systems, including building new functionalities according to identified needs. Solid professional experience and proficiency in Excel, Airtable, Trello, Formstack, Zapier, Pipedrive and similar
Excellent coordination skills and proven capacity to handle complex cross-border logistics with tough regulatory restrictions
Decisive, energetic and value-driven, with an agile skillset suitable for an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company
Highly skilled negotiator, does not take no for an answer when looking out for your company’s interests
Team player with a strong win-win attitude, able to build trustful long-term relationships both internally and externally
Strong communicator in speaking and writing. Excellent English language skills are mandatory, additional languages strongly preferred
