Head of OSS Architecture

We are looking for an OSS (Operations Support Systems) Architect to Tele2 to support lifecycle management of operational support systems to efficiently support our end-to-end processes.

In your role as OSS Architect, your mission is to bridge the gap between business initiatives and the operational support systems to manage the network platforms ensuring optimized resources allocation to build services. You will do this by taking a holistic approach for design of service enabling solutions by working with peers across the Tele2 business units as well as external suppliers.
With a continuous focus on business processes you will have a good understanding of the underlying support systems involved and the impact solutions will have on those systems and their interoperability.
Responsibilities include
Architectural design of OSS related activities ensuring support for end-to-end processes based on an optimized structure and underlying data models
Alignment with stakeholders across organization to support the 24/7 operations, platform lifecycle management and service development for OSS and other tightly related IT systems
Define, describe and maintain a clear and well defined target OSS architecture and transformation roadmap
Deliver guidance to teams working with OSS to ensure alignment with the architectural roadmap
Ensure life cycle management for documentation of the OSS architecture being in operation
Ensure lifecycle maintenance of the configuration management database for the OSS domain

Requirements
Experience from working with telco network platforms and complex architectures in the OSS area
Capability to address questions on a strategic level
Work experience in complex projects with having both short term deliveries and long term roadmaps
OSS experience in particular applications supporting management of large scale networks
Proven track record as an architect
M.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and other relevant training / education
Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
