Right now, we are looking for a Head of Owned Retail Operations Development.


Challenge description:
To support the strategy of building a world class retail operation your main challenge is to develop a high performing owned dealer network. You and your team will be the primary interface between Volvo CE and our owned dealer partners in Sales Region Europe. In this role you will be responsible for business development, you will develop and drive strategic, tactical and operational business plans together with our owned dealer partners.
You will drive customer satisfaction, market share, service penetration, volume and profitability, in line with region Europe’s strategic agenda and you will also have a crucial role in the OD Change Journey driving the change on the transformation journey.
As Head of Owned Retail Operations you will also be responsible to drive and develop the Used Equipment business within region Europe and International.


Competencies and qualifications:
We believe that you have a good holistic and strategic understanding of retail operations and that you are a communicative leader who can lead without authority. You have a passion for people and enjoy creating a culture that motivates people and inspire them to be both self-driven and collaboration-driven on our journey towards Building Tomorrow. You have a curious mindset, questioning the status quo and you dare to try new ways.
You are an advanced English speaker, and you have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant.
