Please, join us at ZEEKR as Head of Parts & Logistics and become a part of a fantastic journey. You will work closely with the Customer Care management team members, as well as the department colleagues.
You will interact with many areas in the ZEEKR organization, as well as external partners. This is what you will do most of the time:
- Agree on overall responsibility for all inbound & outbound logistics for the pan-European rollout of ZEEKR, including the set-up of a European Centralized Distribution Centre (CDC).
- Deliver and exceed agreed parts revenue income targets as agreed with the Head of Customer Care.
- Management of stock, back-orders, pricing and product range innovations (such as a dynamic and engaging vehicle accessory range).
- Responsible for setting up KPIs to effectively measure and monitor logistics performance, such as delivery/system fill rates, and On Time In Full (OTIF).
- Assist in the analysis of back orders and special campaign parts.
- Agree on the creation of IPL (initial parts list) for the ZEEKR range.
- Agree with the Head of Customer Care on a range of periodic reporting and performance measures.
- Regularly liaise with ZEEKR and Geely subsidiary teams to agree on operational and strategic improvement actions.
You have probably done something like this:
- Business or technical degree level preferred
- Documented and successful experience in heading a parts operation
- Customer experience focused with a thorough understanding of the impact of parts fulfillment to maintain loyalty
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and deliver a one-ZEEKR approach to the business
- Experience in NSC back office is required
- Documented parts and warehouse experience from the automotive industry is required
- A natural communicator, with an excellent ability to motivate all kinds of people
- Strong managerial experience
- Basic technical knowledge and understanding of BEVs
