Your new role

The Parts & Services organisation consists of Scania Parts Logistic, Product Management and Area Management. Scania Parts Logistics has a global network of parts centres with about 1 100 fix employees where the majority is located in Belgium. Product Management, Area Management and Digitalization, with about 70 employees, is located mainly in Södertälje but also in São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil.

The management team you will lead and grow together with, includes seven direct reports and some supporting functions. You’ll be part of the Sales and Marketing management team and report to the Executive Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing Scania Group.

As Head of Parts & Services you will face a wide variety of exciting tasks including:


• developing and executing on the strategic direction for the parts and service business to ensure we deliver long term return on investment in the product portfolio and the production systems as well as securing customer satisfaction and supporting the sustainability targets
• in an inclusive culture, actively leading and empowering your organization in order to reach the set targets
• being the Parts & Service representative in the different Business Value Tables – a Scania cross-functional forum with delegated business responsibility for the different value streams
• contributing to secure the alignment with the other brands within the TRATON group
• ensuring development and support to empower the commercial sales organizations strategic direction
• through a strong product management function making sure that the customer’s voice guides in the solution development decisions in order to secure an optimized future solution offering
• being an “internal ambassador” for the parts and service business

Your profile

We think you are a visionary, inspiring and passionate leader with a strong drive to develop our business and to lead the journey being a leader in sustainable transport. You have extensive leadership experience, leading and developing other leaders, and you have a proven leadership record. Trust, communication, teamwork and inclusion are your guiding leadership principles.

You have a commercial and international background as well as an interest for the technical and a flow mindset. Knowledge of the parts and services business, as well as experience from whole sale/retail is meriting but not necessary. Cross functional collaboration is important, both within your own team and with other parts of Scania and TRATON Group, so bringing people together is something you are good at!

We believe you have a high determination in driving change and that you are courageous and dare to challenge our current ways of working. As the area is wide scoped, being self-driven combined with strong leadership skills are critical to motivate and empower colleagues on the journey ahead. English is a necessity, other languages a merit. Frequent travels are part of the job.
