Head of Payments & Accounts

Do you have passion for Payments and business transformation?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead the new organization Payments & Accounts of 300+ individuals that are responsible for operating and maintaining the Swedbank’s market leading payment and account products.
- Be a part of the management team of Group Payment, Lending and Cards that is responsible for Swedbank’s core banking products and IT delivery in all our four home markets.
- Actively manage the products, processes and IT deliveries in the portfolio while at the same time maintaining and refining the current product, processes and IT capabilities.
- Ensure development and maintenance of the infrastructure in the area of payments & accounts to deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT services.
- Support the business areas with best-in-class business support


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
- Proven experience from the payment area
- Understanding in cross-functional managing of products, operations and IT
- Experience in leading leaders
- Experience of leading bigger organisations
- Knowledge of Swedish and English both oral and written
