About the role:
You will be leading our people organization and continue to develop the company as a great place to work! Doing so by driving engagement, recruitment, developing leadership & culture as well as supporting the business in developing the right competence for future growth and compliance. You will work closely with the management teams and together you will drive our growth to the next level.
Strategically drive attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing people
Lead administration of salary, benefits and other people related aspects
Ensure and provide needed support and coaching to managers
Implementing and keeping up to date on health and safety laws and other policies affecting staff
Drive engagement and nurture and develop culture from an operational as well as strategic perspective
Bring people perspective to high level strategic discussions

About you:

As a person you are action-oriented, relationship-oriented, proactive and a skilled communicator. You have the ability to navigate and adapt in complex situations in combination with a clear mind when considering priorities and making decisions. We believe that you:
Solid generalist knowledge in HR and Senior Leadership experience
Experience from a tech scale up in People & Culture role
Proven track record of driving engagement, developing & nurturing culture, actively support the organization in competence development & managing compensation and benefits
Higher education in Human Resources or relevant field, we prioritise the right experience
Professional level Swedish and English
