THE ROLE
In partnership with leadership team and business leaders, drive and develop group wide HR strategies, defined as:
Diversity & Inclusion, with the aim to become the most inclusive employer in our industry, for example:
Develop and implement strengthened D&I strategy
Include D&I perspectives in all communications, recruitments, and main processes
The Business School, with the aim to become a learning organization, to be able to meet current and future competence requirements, for example:
Manage and update content and programs, within business school, based on our strategy plan and additional business needs
Talent management, with the aim to ensure a relevant talent pool, for example:
Manage the Management Trainee Program
Manage the Talent Acceleration Program
Employee engagement, with the aim to strengthen the sense of belonging, internal pride and to attract and retain employees and nurture our unique culture
Promote, and strengthen employer brand
Measure and follow up, with the aim to understand employee experience and other key data to support the business, for example:
Develop and analyze group KPIs such as those related to People and Culture
Operational HR responsibility for Axel Johnson International HQ
Compensation and benefits
Working environment
Recruitment support, onboarding
Secure compliance with HR laws and regulations
Provide HR expertise and support to management throughout the organization
Qualifications
You are a senior HR professional, preferably with a minimum of 10 years’ experience working with all HR processes
You can work in a consultative way thereby supporting managers’ need to drive business forward.
You have developed and implemented strategic initiatives in previous roles
You are an inspirational leader who can motivate your colleagues
You have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish – verbal and written
You are open to traveling occasionally
