Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Our current Head of People & Culture is leaving for new challenges within the company and we are now looking for her successor to be part of the journey to shape the future of Logistics at Scania and the transformation towards Group Logistics.
If you are a highly skilled HR professional with experience from diversified and global organizations, have a proven record as a team player, and are a challenging as well as supporting leader - you could be the person we are looking for!
The position
Our Global Logistics is undergoing a transformation to increase the focus on the external Supply Chain, towards a more resilient and flexible organization, to cope with a global landscape with even more frequent and complex disruptions.
Together with your team, you will drive the strategic, tactical, and operational people agenda within Logistics - implementing plans and coaching the business with guidance on all people-related matters. You will work in a fantastic environment with great people, where teamwork, high speed, and flexibility are natural ingredients in the day-to-day business.
Furthermore, you will have an important role in the ongoing HR transformation, where we are developing global processes, and common ways of working and shaping an even more professional and competent People & Culture function at Scania.
You have a team of 3 HR business partners in Sweden and have close cooperation with the global P&C organization within Logistics in Europe and South America, both within Scania and at Traton Group.
You will be an active member of the Logistics management team as well as our People & Culture management team within Industrial Operations, reporting to the Head of People & Culture Industrial Operations.
Your profile
We believe you are a positive team player who sees opportunities and is good at creating trust and building relations. You have extensive knowledge from HR in global organizations, with sites spread around the world, with different working philosophies, and have experience in leading others.
To be successful in this position you:
• have a university degree in HRM or equivalent and are fluent in English, Swedish is merit.
• have experience within the HR field and has worked as a manager
• are structured, with the ability to plan, set priorities, and execute them - catering for long-term goals while focusing on immediate needs at the same time.
• can work in a consultative way and have strong communication skills, with a proven record of coaching and influencing others into action.
• appreciate working with high flexibility and customer focus, realizing the power of teamwork and curiosity.
• are interested in driving personnel development initiatives across different brands, locations, and cultures.
