The role as Head of People & Culture
We are continuing to grow and scale fast - building a strong team and culture is key to our future success. As Head of People & Culture, you will help us build a workplace where people thrive as we evolve. You will lead the People & Culture department in handling the full spectrum of people & culture functions and strategy, with emphasis on employee wellbeing and engagement, DEI strategy, development and performance management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and more.
You will provide HR strategic and operational leadership across the entire organization. Working closely with C-level management and management, you will lead Worldfavor's team development strategy and continue to strengthen employee wellbeing and engagement.
You will also:
- Lead Worldfavor’s People and Culture team, reporting as well as being a strategic partner to the leadership team - you will create and implement strategy, processes, guidelines, and plans that align with our mission and core values
- Design initiatives, guidance, process, and strategy for leadership learning and development across the organization in line with our core values, mission, and strategic goals
- Hire, grow, and develop our amazing people and culture team - with high-performing team members - and inspire them to deliver on the team's & company’s goals daily
- Together with the HR manager coach, guide and support managers with employee relations matters
- Report and establish effective processes and workflows to enable data collation, insights, and trend analysis of people and culture metrics
- Provide expert input across a range of HR topics, including advice on complex matters
- Help us build a strong employer brand and represent Worldfavor at relevant events, podcasts, in media, and more
- As a key contributor, drive and foster true collaboration across teams
- Stay up to date with the latest in all things P&C and other for the role, relevant areas (and, of course, share your knowledge with your team and colleagues)
We are looking for you who:
- Minimum have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Have 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably from both fast-growing scale-up and enterprise sized/larger organizations
- Are a great leader with the ability to inspire and motivate the team (minimum 4+ years of leadership experience)
- Have a strong and proven track record within people and culture as well as talent acquisition
- Are an entrepreneurial spirit who proactively takes ownership, always evolves, and is excited to scale our team and company
- Are an excellent project manager with a proven ability to design and implement people operations strategies that drive business results
- Are a proven HR generalist, confident in the regulatory background, as well as what market-leading People & Culture looks like
- Have strong stakeholders management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Are experienced working with data, possess great analytical skills, and are able to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics
- Are effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving scale-up
- Have very strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a bonus), spoken and written
