Reporting to VP, People and Culture, this global role is responsible for driving our People agenda forward through adapting and deploying globalized approaches to talent, learning and development and performance management. You will get the opportunity to work closely with parent organization Coloplast to deploy relevant HR initiatives with Atos Medical to enable our current and future growth. This position will also work with organization design and development activities that enhance the organization's effectiveness.

Now let us introduce you to some ofthe areas we would like for you to work with:
Project Management
• To collaborate across both Coloplast and Atos to deploy relevant HR systems. tools, and programs in alignment with the agreed roadmap.
• To effectively manage the end-end process of launching HR initiatives / projects and to ensure company-wide commitment to new initiatives.
Learning and Development (L&D)
• Ensure a new and innovative approach to L&D across the business.
• Promote L&D across the business.
• To lead a small L&D team, setting clear direction for the learning strategy focusing on needs of our commercial front-line colleagues.
Organizational Development and Design
• Project manage or provide advice to change initiatives across the organization.
• Identify and analyze organization effectiveness opportunities and work with appropriate leaders to ensure right structure and capabilities across our teams.
Talent Management
• Ensure that talent management process, including development of high potentials and management of succession plans is developed in-line with Coloplast principles and that we have strong talent flow between both organizations.
• Succession Planning - focus on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs.
• Own the Talent Management cycle for global functions.
Performance Management
• Work with Coloplast to begin alignment and out of a consistent global performance and salary process that focuses employee's efforts on the achievement of business goals and attainment of requisite skills/competencies to sustain profitable growth.
The position will be based in Malmö, Sweden but could also be based in Germany or UK at an Atos office if we find the right person, since this role will be focusing on purely global projects and processes. Some travel will be necessary.
Required Experiene
• Strong generalist HR experience gained within a commercial organization
• Project Management Experience – managing large-scale change initiatives
• Experience working on a Global scale, across a complex organization and at a senior level
• Significant exposure and understanding of the Talent Acquisition and L&D landscape
• Demonstrable experience of leading a team with multiple stakeholders
• Proven leadership coaching capability
