What you´ll do
We are now looking for a Head of People Development to the Swedish People & Culture team. As Head of People Development, you will play an important role in the execution of our People Strategy – creating a winning culture, develop future proof leaders and competencies. The role includes strategic work and operational implementation. You will lead a small team of specialists within Learning & Development, Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition as well as working as an individual contributor within:
* Leadership and talent development
* Diversity and Inclusion
* Culture transformation
* Employee engagement surveys
Who you are
You are an experienced leader and have several years of experience of similar work. We believe you have a university degree and have worked in large, complex and international organizations. You have strong communication and storytelling skills and are a good facilitator that easily understands the needs of the business. As a person, you bring a genuinely positive personality and a can-do attitude. You have strong business acumen, stake holder management skills and networking abilities. You are fluent in Swedish as well as English, both written and verbally.
