Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a part of Engineering & Operations. Our purpose is to create value for our customers through innovation, excellent product development and management of the end-to-end value chain.

We have an exciting opportunity where we are seeking a Head of People Experience (PX) to lead our PX team and be a vital part of the leadership teams in both areas.

What you’ll do

One of the main areas is to drive business transformation with a focus on HR strategic activities influencing the business agenda. You will work to identify the organizational capabilities required to execute the business strategy e.g., organizational design fit for purpose including a data-driven manning and competence strategy but also champion all HR initiatives in the business unit and translate business needs and improvement areas into HR requirements and actions.

You will be a part of both the Procurement and SCM Management teams as well as a part of the global PX Engineering & Operations team. In close collaboration together with these teams, you will develop, and support actions linked to improved organizational efficiency and increased performance.

You will engage, coach, lead and develop our local team of PX partners and specialists, to deliver on the people strategy. As an experienced and senior HR leader, you will be a key driver in the change journey where you act proactively in collaboration with many stakeholders.

We are looking for a true leader with strong communication skills that create clarity and an open and trusting environment. You drive results with a structured approach. Your ability to understand purpose and business objectives and balance a global environment with the daily operations is a success factor in this role. You have strong integrity and are not afraid to address difficult issues. You drive change and implementation with energy, courage, and commitment. 

To be successful in this role you must be a skilled people manager with extensive leadership experience. As a part of the management team, we see that you have excellent ability to create trustful relationships. You collaborate with all kinds of stakeholders and carry tools that enable you to challenge your environment. You have outstanding capability to engage with different stakeholders and balance responsibilities within a matrix organization. You have a university degree within Human Resources and experience in HR in complex and international business environments. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
