eBerry by Nordic Choice is seeking the Head of Personalization and Data Insight to be part of our exciting journey. They say that the only thing that is constant is change. In this role you constantly identify growth opportunities and create measurable value for our customers and business as a whole through Personalization Strategy and Execution & Measurement.

You will be a part of the leadership team in eBerry, the digital and guest-obsessed part of Nordic Choice Hotels.

Your role

As the Head of Personalization and Data Insight you are responsible for setting the vision, defining strategy and driving execution of eBerry´s Personalization capabilities, inclusive of testing, measurement and technology supporting personalization. This role and team are measured on the ability to drive customer loyalty and incremental revenue across all retail and digital channels.

As a candidate, you will operate in a rapidly changing landscape requiring that you constantly adapt, learn and reposition teams to better serve customers. With a holistic strategic understanding and vision, you will bring cohesion to the end-to-end customer experience through the various teams that are influenced.

About The Job

• Define the roadmap and lead the design of an industry-leading personalization approach, including insights, tactics, offers and analytics / technology enablers for the enterprise.
• Size and prioritize personalization opportunities, including the business case, path to growth, execution plans and buy-in.
• Support management of reporting of the performance related to personalization programs.
• Create a simplified, intuitive journey for our customers across all channels (digital & in-person).
• Develop and build KPI-metrics as well as tracking to ensure that value is captured from all use cases being developed and deployed.
• Proven ability to make data driven decisions and a familiarity with experimentation approaches (e.g., A/B testing, hold outs, control groups).

Required Experience And Competences

• You hold 10+ years of experience in consumer technology, product management or data science.
• 5 year experience in working with personalization and data insight teams.
• Researches and monitors trends, opportunities and challenges with digital marketing and associated technologies.
• Drives innovation and thought leadership using data.
• Experience in data architecture and data modeling as it relates to business focused deliverables
• Ability to understand and communicate technical issues to a broad audience base.
• Cross-section of skills spanning strategy, sales, technology, consumer behavior & insights and analytics as well as being an experienced, innovative, data-driven leader.
• Build relationships and partnerships with teams across the company, align on strategy, vision, execution and enablement.
