You will
own the strategic marketing engagements with key customers globally, as well as engaging with key eco-system partners
act as the specialist on customer needs and insights, as well as strategic market and competitor insights
be responsible to drive the development and execution of marketing strategy towards key partners externally and internally
develop and articulate sustained competitive advantages
support Market Areas with sales enablement
develop and lead a team of highly competent marketeers
act as an advisor, and a source of thought leadership in key central initiatives towards customers, employees, and other key partners
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications for BTEB, and be part of the BTEB Marketing and Communications Leadership Team. It is also part of the Dedicated Networks (DN) Leadership Team with a dotted line to head of the DN unit.
Primary location: Stockholm, Sweden.
The objective of the role is to drive a customer centric offering and proposition that enables accelerated execution and scale up of the Dedicated Networks business through:
Continuously generate structured and deep customer and market insights that allows Ericsson to articulate the right value proposition and unique selling points addressing key customer obstacles.
Develop and articulate key offering area (KOA) value proposition and unique selling points and map to the customer needs/problems.
Strengthen thought leadership and drive perception in prioritized industry verticals, and with ecosystem partners. Ensure One Ericsson offering by integrating messages and content cross business area offerings.
To be successful in the role you have
a problem solving attitude and a track record on how to drive and execute Marketing and Communications in an innovate way
understanding of Ericsson’s business and portfolio within Dedicated Network
Enterprise sales track record (deal closure and industry relevant background)
drive towards understanding market and customer needs, and capabilities in strategy and marketing tools to conduct market and customer analysis
ability to structure and synthesize value argumentation that differentiates Ericsson against next best alternative
ability to think and act on a strategic level, but equally comfortable to work hands on with the organization
capabilities to think new, push boundaries, utilize the advantages of digitalization and marketing automation tools, and use of online/social channels
ability to develop/lead plans, process and activation including key partner management in complex/large organizations
experience from leading and enable growth for both junior and senior team members
English proficiency (spoken and written)
Additionally, you may also have…
university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
10+ years’ experience in a similar role
experience working as a member of a multi-country leadership team
