Do you want to be part of Portfolio for Business Area Digital Services (BDGS) heading the Portfolio Programs unit of the Business Area (BA) Portfolio organization? A leadership position to influence and drive BDGS business towards both MBB and Enterprise segments. Come and join us today!

Ericsson Digital Services provides leading solutions and platforms in OSS, BSS, Core, Communication Services and Cloud Infrastructure. We are the partner of choice for Service Providers, combining 5G, Automation, ML/Al, Exposure, Cl/CD, Distributed Cloud and Web scale with an iconic user experience.
We are looking for a strong leader, capable of making an impact influencing, supporting, and driving portfolio strategic choices, operating in an environment of new technologies and business shifts.

You will
Drive and/or contribute to strategic programs for BDGS Portfolio and cross-BA e.g. Hyper Cloud Providers, Enterprise, NFV or other programs.
Drive and/or contribute to ad-hoc high priority topics initiated from the BDGS Leadership Team.
Drive and/or coordinate Portfolio transformation programs, e.g. introducing new tools for product and portfolio managers or Cloud Native.
Drive portfolio Governance model, Business Decision model, Commercial Release model and Release Strategy.
Drive Product Planning and requirement handling, covering ways of working and tools.
Drive end-to-end Portfolio communities (Market Areas, Portfolio Heads, etc.).
Drive customer engagement of key strategic portfolio investment areas, for validation and external feedback.


To be successful in the role you must have
A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent, MBA is an advantage but not required.
Validated experience in product management, portfolio management and strategy, experience in sales is a plus.
Strong leadership experience and good track record of coaching and mentoring other people.
Demonstrated strategic project and program management skills.
Outstanding presentation skills and ability to build networks.
Good business understanding and technical competence on Digital Services domain competence (products & services), covering Consumer and Enterprise segments.
Ability to influence internal and external partners, BA/GF/MA stakeholder and customer C-level.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to see the big picture and connect the dots.
