Job Summary:
The BTEB IoT Head of Process, Tools & Automation for BTEB IoT Global Operations, is a key Leadership role within BTEB IoT Operations, reporting to the Head of BTEB IoT Global Operations and a member of Leadership Team.

The BTEB IoT Head of Process, Tools & Automation has full responsibility for ensuring common processes, methods, tools and an Automation first approach, is deployed across all BTEB IoT Operation units and in alignment with the BMAS Network Operation Centers (NOC) assurance deliveries.
The manager of BTEB IoT Process, Tools & Automation, is responsible to ensure that all Customer deliveries from IoT Operations including the BMAS Global NOC, fully comply with Global & Local directives for Service Delivery.
The BTEB IoT Head of Process, Tools & Automation is responsible for the support of all operational activities related to Service Delivery performed by BTEB IoT Operations, including BMAS NOC, towards our Customers and will ensure they have the necessary processes, tools and systems to execute their activities to the highest level of performance and quality.
The BTEB IoT Head of Process, Tools & Automation, is responsible to drive the financial performance of the Customer deliveries to ensure good financial practices are implemented and followed in the BTEB IoT Operations and the BMAS NOC organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
Active member of the BTEB IoT Operations Leadership team, driving delivery of the overall business objectives, including cross-unit, cross Business Area (BA) and Market Area Collaboration objectives.
Accountable for the financial performance of the Process, Tools & Automation unit, including and reporting. including that savings targets are reached. Including end to end cost control, reporting monthly and target achievement.
Accountable for ensuring departmental budgets are correctly established and forecasted in-line with company financial directives.
Accountable to Plan, implement and follow up on lowest-cost-of-sales structure in the Process, Tools & Automation Unit, to meet the overall business requirements.
Responsible to define an Automation roadmap for all areas of our BTEB IoT-A Solutions, to embrace an Automation 1st approach, driving quarterly Automations into all areas of our Operations / Solutions. Ensuring we leverage the Ericsson AI and ML asset in collaboration with all Business Areas (BA) and Ericsson Research.
Responsible to define tools strategy and evolution, inline with the other Business Areas (BA), to best leverage our combined investments.
Responsible to ensure that the required IS/IT investments and projects are in place to support Service Delivery for our customer deliveries / support.
Responsible for the End to End Recruitment process for BTEB IoT Process, Tools & Automation Unit.
Accountable to provide support and coaching to the 1st line and staff under his/her control. Also establish robust development plans for all staff and succession plans are also in place for all positions within the BTEB IoT Process, Tools & Automation Unit
Accountable to ensure that training is provided for the BTEB IoT Process, Tools & Automation Unit, in-line with business requirements and end customers according to business requests and forecast.
Accountable to involve staff under his/her control, through active participation in goal setting, encouraging their sense of ownership and commitment to achieve the required overall business objectives.
Accountable to perform Individual Performance Management (IPM) for all staff under their control, in-line with the Global People directives and company ways of working, ensuring regular follow-up and reviews.
