What you will be part of

Aeronautics is now on a challenging journey in order to meet our customer expectations and deliver on our contracts. We need to perform high class Procurement in order to support aeronautics program and production strategy and as well as deliver and support in the supply chain of our customer flows. The challenge ahead for procurement is within source to production, establish stable supply chain capabilities for production in Linköping as well as Brazil and US.

We are now looking for a Manager candidate for responsible from Procurement Avionics / HMI & Tactical systems

You will be part of the Aeronautics Procurement leadership team and report to Saab Aeronautics CPO, Head of Procurement Aeronautics, Petra Sjögren



Your role

You will lead a team of ~15 people with full responsibility from, Sourcing Management to Order management, delivering to Gripen and T7 program, with a spend of 1,2 BSEK

Your main responsibilities are

Secure Sourcing and Supply to Aeronautics programs
*

Optimize cost and supply chain
*

Secure procurement strategy with in your product scoop supporting Program and production strategy
*

Secure sourcing and supply in new customer campaigns



Your profile

As a member of BA procurement leadership team you are expected to contribute to the total success of Aeronautics Procurement and expected to collaborate cross boarders, work with colleagues and stakeholders within SAAB and Aeronautics and establish and maintain good relations.

Skills

Previous Leadership experience, preferable as manager, with a holistic mindset
*

Master or Bachelor degree of Finance, science or similar
*

Proven track record of defining what and how
*

Overall ability to plan on Strategic and tactical level
*

Result oriented with Sourcing and Supply knowledge
*

Drive and lead change
