Head of Procurement to E.ON in Malmö

About the position
As Head of Procurement you will be responsible for E.ONs regional Supply Chain organization covering the Nordic Customer Solutions division, with a main focus on Sweden and Denmark. To your help you will have a team of 16 highly skilled Supply Chain professionals, whereof one department head and 6 category managers.

You will be an active member in the E.ON group wide Supply Chain Leadership community together with Heads of Procurement from E.ONs regional units across Europe. Regional, you will be reporting to CFO of E.ON Sverige AB and be a part of the Finance management team. Functionally you report to the E.ON Group Director for Supply Chain Customer Solutions and be a part of this Supply Chain management team.

The role's responsibilities include:

* Safeguard the regional Supply Chain organization as a competent, reliable, and efficient business partner
* Ensure strategic alignment between Supply Chain and Business perspectives & targets for all Supply Chain activities in Nordic Customer Solutions division
* Secure compliance of the regional Supply Chain organization with legal requirements as well as with internal processes & regulations
* Manage the regional E.ON entities' external spend and create value by fully exercising Supply Chain's role as a constructive sparring partner to the business as well as E.ON's regional market interface towards suppliers
* in collaboration with other functions, develop the sourcing activities with the goal of seeking new opportunities and the opening of new competitive channels
* support and coordinate strategic sourcing, outsourcing and insourcing projects
* Promote and facilitate continuous skill development within the team as well as actively contribute to best practice sharing between the different Supply Chain Divisions and Business Areas

Who are we hoping for to be our new leader?
To be successful in the role we believe that you have several years of leadership experience in general management roles and Supply Chain. You have extensive skills in Supply Chain strategies and analysis methodologies and significant negotiation experience. Furthermore, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to understand the business needs. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
