Who we are
Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people - where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the world’s financial health.

So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. New markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for our Head of Product.

What you will be doing
This is a new role at Anyfin and you'll have the opportunity to be a part of building and set the foundation of our product organization and you'll be reporting to our Chief product Officer. Furthermore, you'll be:

- Lead, mentor and support our Product Managers and make sure they have what they need to grow and make great product decisions.
- Hands-on responsible for product resourcing, hiring and team management.
- Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you will help define product strategy and assist in the implementation.
- Work hand in hand with our Head of Design to push the boundaries on our product experience and make finance fun for our customers.
- Be the driving force in defining our long term product roadmap together with the team, our founders and management team.
- Translate corporate strategy and business goals into product initiatives.


Who you are

- 10+ years in Product and experience as VP Product, Head of Product or similar
- You have previous experience in leading product managers in a high growth and scale up environment
- You cultivate a product culture that prioritizes learning and innovation.
- Experience in digital products: mobile and web applications and working in an international context since we are aiming high
- You have proven ability to direct, mentor and inspire product managers and their teams
- You have a strong business and commercial understanding and understand what drives customer engagement. This enables you to push boundaries design - If that felt like a “buzzword sentence” it's because it was, but we have a feeling if you know what we mean.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bonus but no must: Experience working within fin tech
