YOU WILL

As Head of Product you will be responsible for the overall product vision and product roadmap for Alelion. You will closely follow the latest business developments in our global market, identify trends and analyze our product market fit, today and tomorrow.

You will be responsible for our products during the entire lifecycle, handling all phases, from idea to end-of-life, and suggest relevant metrics based on product performance.

Your key contribution will be as a stakeholder for product development and your ambition is to add value to the organization and drive development both strategically and operatively, internationally and locally.

Part of your responsibilities as Head of Product will be managing business models and pricing, acting main stakeholder for the product development team as well as the voice of our current and future customers. You will also educate and coach our different sales teams to achieve their best.

Head of Product will play a central role in our organization as the link between our technical organization and sales & marketing – with the ability to weigh business opportunities with technical complexity and cost.

You will report directly to the CEO and be a vital part of Alelions management group.

YOU ARE

Alelion’s products are continuously developed based on available technology and customer requirements, improved upon based on past experience.

This position requires a demonstrated ability to strategic and analytical thinking with capability to see the bigger picture. We are looking for someone with a proven track record for being knowledgeable, customer and business driven with excellent skills in building trustworthy relationships.

To succeed in this role you have to be technically oriented and communicative with broad knowledge of market analysis, product strategy and global project management in an international environment. The ideal candidate is a curious outside-the-box-thinker, with analytical problem-solving skills and high level of Business Acumen. You prioritize collaboration and believe in sharing our experiences to be able to optimize our strengths and reach the best result.
