We’re ending the struggles with food.



Today’s food environment has caused a global epidemic of poor metabolic health and excess body weight. Most people in the developed world are affected.

This drives all the major chronic diseases that lead to premature death, or reduce people’s quality of life and potential: heart disease, cancer, dementia, stroke, and more.

Meanwhile, food advice is very confusing. The common advice to eat less and run more does not work: 95% of people fail within a few years. Existing products still use this failed approach and are little more than glorified calculators.

This is a massive and unsolved problem - the most significant health problem in the world.

We are building a product that will change that and end the struggle of food decisions.

At its core, our product is built on three fundamental pillars:

- A revolutionary food-effectiveness algorithm calculates the foods most effectively improve metabolic health and weight.

- An AI-powered food-match system that guides you to foods you love, that also helps you reach your goals. We’ll save you hours of food planning and decisions every week.

- A health score that shows you how metabolically healthy you are - and what to do about it.



We’re about foods you love. Foods that also help you achieve your health goals, increase your strength and energy, and help you reach your full potential.

And the more you use our product, the better it gets at supporting you.

Progress
- We built the largest keto and low-carb site in the world. Now we’re taking our product and app to the next level, based on the latest science, making it entirely flexible for any dietary preferences.

- We’ve been fully funded by our members and have 60+ employees (20+ different nationalities).

The challenge
We’re building a product that will make it simple to eat better for improved metabolic health (e.g. improving body composition, blood pressure, blood sugar).

The challenge for you as a Head of Product is to build and lead the product organization that rapidly takes us closer to that vision.

You’ll be working with some of the world’s top experts on metabolic health, reporting to the founder (CEO) and you’ll join the leadership (executive management) team.

What will you do

- Create and implement the strategy that allows us to deliver our product to the world.

- Build a team of amazing people that believe in our mission and have the expertise/capabilities to execute our ambitious goals.

- Mentor, teach and develop the product organisation, so our team grows and learns.

- Harmoniously work with the marketing, communications and commercial teams to assure company-wide synchronisation of efforts.

- Work with the leadership team (executive management) to deliver on higher-level business goals and targets.

- Develop the product organisation's method of working and development processes.



Who you are
- Leading a product organisation is the next step in your career or you have led product organizations that have created spectacularly successful products in the digital b2c subscription space.

- You have a strong passion for healthy eating and would love to create and use the product we’re building.

- You understand and enjoy working in startups years of startups. You thrive in a fast-changing, fast-paced environment.

- You are ambitious, humble, driven, and proven to deliver results with scalability.

- You understand that there is no mission without a great team. Valuing our team and their needs is very important.
