XLN Audio is growing, and we are looking for a world-class Product professional who can come and lead our newly formed Product team and help turn our visions into reality.

About the role 🤩
As Head of Product, you will lead a team of Product Managers, Designers and Specialists, convert our long-term strategic product goals into roadmaps and operational plans, being responsible for both the quality and pace of our product releases.

Your experience of bringing products to market through the full development lifecycle will allow you to optimise and own our work processes. As a senior member of XLN you will bring your leadership and management expertise to work closely with our founders, along with collaborating cross-functionally and managing and growing your own Product team.



We believe that you have:

- 3+ years in a product/portfolio management role or similar

- Experience of leadership and staff responsibility

- A self-driven way to work and a curious mindset

- Experience from the music and audio industry

- Produced and recorded music
