Pensionera, who currently operates a small technology team, is set to add a new product management function by recruiting a Head of Product. The role is expected to take lead on setting the direction and strategy for the company’s product and development process. This is an opportunity to join a very successful fin-tech startup and define its product function from start. The Head of Product will report to the CEO.

The Head of Product and their team will be responsible for identifying what product and technology initiatives that will create the most value for our customers and our business as a whole. We are looking for a Head of Product with strong leadership skills that can work with our engineering and business function, to tackle any challenge from a product management to company wide perspective.

Together with the management and the Head of Engineering, you will develop processes that work through all stages of development – from ideation, user testing, to launch and validation. Your responsibility is to make sure that the company builds the right features, at the right time with high quality execution, by working closely with the talent at hand and with the customer base as a whole. Evidently, you will be responsible for setting the overall product mission, strategy and tactical priority. To succeed you will balance information from user and data insights with stakeholder needs.

To be our new Head of Product, we believe that you are an experienced leader in the digital technology industry with a passion for start-ups, product and growth companies. You thrive in daily interactions with your teams and like to find new ways to solve user problems with the focus on growing the business as a whole. If you also, just like us, like to have fun at work and share energy - we might have a match!

We believe that you have:
- experience as Head of Product, CPO, Product Director, Customer Experience Director or similar
- Previous experience from product management, product discovery, design (UI/UX), digital sales/growth, customer experience and/or digital marketing
- Experience from leadership roles in digital tech/product companies working closing with engineering teams
- Experience of working in an agile environment and designing agile processes and systems

Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:
- Experience from fin-tech / pension firm
- Experience from digital subscription services
