As Head of Product and Customer Experience you will…
… in this role actively contribute to position BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic as a Customer Experience oriented-company, and define our strategy ahead. Hands-on you will develop and maintain an easy and seamless experience for our customers as well as identifying and designing the products and services responding to our customers’ needs. On a daily basis, thanks to your previous experience, you identify and design the products and services responding to our customers needs; you also manage the Customer Experience team responsible for; Customer Journey, Product and Services, Product marketing and Communication. The whole Customer Experience chain of designing, distributing and improving the offer is fuelled by your expertise and the input provided by your team and the organization. With both analytic and conceptual views, we believe you have the ability to maintain and develop the collaborative relationships between departments to create synergy benefits.

… an enthusiastic and patient leader with a strong interest in digital and innovative solutions. Eager to explore just how smooth the customer experience can be, you dare to find new ways – always with reason and focus on results. As a communicative person, you easily build trust and have the ability to make others follow you. Both within the team as well as with colleagues from all the other teams with different specialities that make up the BNP Paribas Cardif organization. This is also a key success factor for the role, to enable collaboration and performance in a very humane and people oriented organisaiton and culture made up of a very diverse set of people and expertises.
Our wishes:
• Work experience within marketing, brand management, positioning strategies in any Nordic country(-ies)
• Background in digital Customer service/experience
• Product expertize in any domain
• Relevant supervisory and management experience
• Experience of leading or managing cross functional teams
• Fluent in English and any other Nordic language(s)
