For 20 years the Product Follow Up process has contributed to Scania’s success by providing value for our end customers. This has been done by nurturing Red Arrow strategies, structure and culture.
As Head of the Product Follow-Up process, you are a part of the YC Department, responsible to develop and maintain the Product Follow-Up Process (Red Arrow) across the Traton family. The Process is global, and cross-functional involving all main functions including 4 Brands, 100 Business Units and 1700 workshops. You are also the business owner of the FRAS system.
Your role
As the Process Leader you need to secure a scalable process, in cooperation with the Product Managers and involved functions (primary Production, Purchasing and R&D). You also work closely with our colleagues within Traton. Successful alignment of the Product Follow Up process is important to secure speed in the whole organisation in the years to come.
Your role is to gather and balance expectations from all stakeholders and challenge the current way of working. this needs to be done while maintaining the basic principles of the Red Arrow process. You are a member of the PD Process board and report current initiatives and process performance quarterly.
Your profile
You are an experienced leader, with good knowledge about Scania and Scania’s core processes. We believe that you have experience in R&D, Purchasing or Production and prefer if you have experience in the Product Follow Up Process.
To fulfil the demands of this position you are mostly a team player and understand the necessity to build an x-brand agreement and common approach. It helps that you are both creative and analytical. It helps if you can go from a detailed to a holistic view.
In your daily work, you will have many contacts, both internally and externally, and need to be positive, open-minded, and able to balance and align different opinions to develop a possible way forward that satisfies all stakeholders.
