The Collaboration department of Product & Tech Foundations plays a key role in enabling Schibsted brands to create user and business value based upon data. It has two complimentary objectives: firstly to ensure that Schibsted brands have a friction free experience with the central portfolio of data-related products, and secondly inspiring and enabling these brands to create value through their use of data. Both objectives underpin the Schibsted Data Strategy, which has the vision to be the most data-empowered company in the Nordics
As head of the Collaboration department you will be responsible for defining and executing on the strategy to fulfill the above objectives. You will be a member of the Product & Tech Foundations management team, reporting to the CPO of Data & Tech. Your peers in this team are responsible for the portfolio of data-related products that you enable to succeed for Schibsted brands. You and your team need to build deep relationships with these peers, their teams, and most importantly, our customers, the Schibsted brands.
What you will do:

Lead a team of in-house data enablers and customer success managers who strive daily to make Schibsted the most data-empowered company in the Nordics.

Ensure that Schibsted companies are successfully and professionally onboarded to the central portfolio of data-related products and derive maximum value from their adoption.

Own the process of collaborating with brands to identify new business opportunities based on utilisation of cross-brand data.

Continuously measure and improve customer satisfaction.

Present plans and progress to senior stakeholders across Schibsted.

Focus your team on what brings most value to Schibsted, changing their priorities and responsibilities along the way if needed.

Ensure all your team members are engaged, set up for success, and thriving.

Work in a distributed environment leading people across the Nordics.
About you:
- You have previous experience in managing, growing and getting the best out of a team who enable the success of others.
- You have a clear understanding of how data and technology plays a key role in delivering and optimising digital experiences.
- You can identify opportunities in the here and now, but can also think strategically to understand and contribute to the bigger picture.
- You love speaking to customers and understanding and solving their problems, setting the example for your team on customer orientation.
- You have the capacity to anticipate, comprehend, and manage dependencies in a complex organisation.
- You are experienced in product or project management in complex/matrix environments.
- You have experience of working in or with distributed teams and know that it requires great communication skills.
- You thrive on a driving collaboration and being at the epicentre of a number of ongoing initiatives.

Data & Tech is a central product and tech unit that serves all of Schibsted. We are about 250+ people in Oslo, Stockholm and Krakow, and collaborate closely with other product and tech teams in all units in Schibsted. Areas of responsibilities include data & technology strategy, privacy/data trends/responsible data & machine learning, information security and internal IT.
