As Head of Products you will define the North Star for the product strategy at DigitalRoute, lead us on our journey to becoming the standard for usage-based monetization and leave your print on this emerging industry space. Our solutions are used around the world by the largest and most iconic brands, in all verticals from telecommunication to media to high-tech and retail.

What you'll do

- Define & own product strategy at DigitalRoute: you will define the North Star for our products and, with your team, devise product roadmaps to support that vision.
- Drive both inbound and outbound product management functions: from products definition, research, requirements, execution to working with marketing, sales and analysts for external communication.
- Build a new User Experience for our products: with the assistance partnering with our head of UX, you will devise a product experience that matches our users and our ambitions.
- As part of R&D leadership team, manage the product management and user experience teams. The PM team consists of 7 experienced Product Managers and Product Owners as well as one Commercial Manager while the UX team is 4-people strong. The teams are spread between Stockholm and Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible to ensure everyone is aligned and executing on a single overall strategy.
- Co-own, with the Heads of Engineering, the delivery of products according to the strategy.
- Bring experience and leadership to support the R&D leadership team in transforming our company into a SaaS and cloud-first business.
- Be responsible for the product backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and R&D scrum teams to ensure high quality and timely delivery of our platform releases.

What you'll bring

- Vision and leadership with a passion for cutting edge technology in the finance and billing data integration field, what we call “usage-based monetization".
- 10+ years of applicable experience and good knowledge of the IT/Telecom domain; you have a university degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- A good working knowledge of corporate finance and product licensing (needed both for market research and elaboration of a product strategy that includes solid P&L data).
- 3+ years of technical/commercial agile product management experience and all associated tools and processes: from market research to writing a Product Requirement Definiton document and elaborating customer-facing roadmaps.
- Experience managing cloud products and associated constructs (perpetual licensing, subscriptions, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and listening skills and of course be perfectly fluent in English - both reading and writing.
- As a leader you have good track record building, leading and continuously developing a team of high-caliber talents.
