Head of Products & Operations, Payments & Accounts

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead the new Swedish Products & Operations organization of 40+ individuals that are responsible for developing and maintaining the Swedbank’s market leading Swedish and International payment and account products.

- Be a part of the management team of Payment & Accounts that is responsible for Swedbank’s core payment products and IT delivery in all our four home markets.

- Ensure development and maintenance of the products & processes in the area of payments & accounts to deliver secure, appropriate and reliable services.

- Collaborate with Swedbank’s business areas to maintaining and developing the payment & account products.

- Actively manage the products in the portfolio with new products and refining current product portfolio in the light of new market infrastructure (e.g. P27).



What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one

- Demonstrated experience from the payment area
- Understanding in agile ways of working
- Experience of leading leaders
- Knowledge of Swedish and English both oral and written
