The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is established with the primary aim to ensure the cross-functional execution of the group transformation and related core platform programs.



The DTO will:
•Set Digital Transformation vision and wanted position and anchor prioritised initiatives with the ET.
•Govern, support and remove roadblocks for ongoing/planned DT programs/workstreams.
•Accelerate Digital Transformation across the company including budget, teams, roadmap, KPIs and establish a group-wide, consistent, cross-functional WoW to execute the transformation.
•Secure coordination, knowledge-sharing and build digital transformation competence and culture.



The DTO team will work following an Agile methodology & the core team is expected to be in the range of 8-10 persons, with additional resources brought in on an as-needed basis.

In addition to advertised positions, the DTO welcomes domain experts to join the DTO on an STA basis for periods of 3-6 months.

The expectation on individuals will be that they are task flexible and culturally flexible, with strong inter-personal and influencing skills.




This role ensures the efficient running of the day to day activities of the DTO and related programs. The role selects and supervises the team to carry out the DTO’s activities, monitors their work and coaches or mentors them in their daily duties. Further, the Head of Program Administration manages the program budget and evaluates the program’s success, in collaboration with the Value tracking team.



To be successful in this role:
•It is a pre-requisite to have a background in program management in a cross-functional / unit team.
•You must have demonstrable analytical skills and be numerate.
•It is expected you have a primary degree and a post-graduate degree such as an MBA or equivalent.
