About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager, are you interested? In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery in NMSD CU NOCE.
Networks and Managed Services Delivery (NMSD) is responsible for the delivery of Network Products & Solutions, Network Roll-Out, Support & Repair, Network Optimization & Managed Services.
The Head of Project Excellence Office reports to the Head of Program Management Office NOCE .The unit is responsible for planning support, tools deployment, process improvement and project support ensuring contract fulfilment, profitability, and Customer Satisfaction.

What you will do
Responsible to ensure programs and projects are adequately supported to meet the program and project objectives.
Competence, skill, and expertise development of the team members
Promote Operational Excellence: Drive knowledge sharing and continuous development of best practices together with NOCE PMO, SDUs and SL´s
Lead order desk support in pre-sale, and post sales license delivery including driving dimensioning, improvements, and guidance to SDU.
Secure planning of projects and help improve forecasting, both operationally and financially.
In collaboration with program and project managers, transformation manager secure adoption of NRO tools ecosystem including workflow management tools
Support in introduction and implementation of automation according to needs
Lead by example and act as role model.
Fulfilment of agreed business/financial targets as well as customer satisfaction targets.
Drive forecasting, dimensioning and optimization of the delivery capacity based on business needs as well as operational efficiency

You will bring
Tried leadership experience within sophisticated, fast paced, customer facing, service delivery roles
Strong Network & Managed Services knowledge and background in Service Delivery
Skilled in Program/Project Management processes and methodologies
Ability to lead a service delivery organization cross multiple geographical sites towards multiple customers
Senior capability in managing and inspiring change in a large, complex organization
Collaborative, team-player and able to work across geographies and cultures
Ability to attract, develop and retain competence in the organization
Strong consultative skills and customer C-Level engagement.
Solid understanding of financial & commercial aspects as well as the pillars in delivery: Processes/Procedures, People/Organization, Tools/Systems
Strong driver of one Ericsson
Local Market Knowledge is an advantage
Fluency in English Language
Good interpersonal, social and communication skills

Location for this role: Network and Managed Services (NMSD) in CU Northern and Central Europe (CU NOCE) are covering service delivery in 17 countries namely Nordics (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark) , Atlantic islands such as Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), Poland, Czech Republic, Austria and Mid-Central Europe (Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary) and Croatia.
