Working as the Head of Project Management, you will manage large synchronous machines’ projects within the Large Motors & Generators division in Västerås, leading the experienced team of project managers who are essential in the delivery process of our business.
This position reports to Marketing and Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities
Your main task will be to manage the project management team.
You will be coaching the team, as well as supporting them in daily matters where the project managers need help or cases are escalated.
In addition, you will have budget responsibility, as well as follow up of KPI's, especially revenues and on time delivery.
One of your top priorities in the position, will be to enable the unit to keep building strong relationships with our customers.



Your background
To thrive in this position, you need to have an understanding of the overall project process and enjoy working together with people from all over the world.
Supporting the team and having a customer focus, are your top priorities.
As a foundation, you hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, combined with experience in project management and a managerial position.
Documented experience dealing with contract management is a merit.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is a must.
As a person, you are an innovative thinker, confident challenger of the status quo, and have the ability to champion desired changes.

From general purpose to highly customized designs, synchronous motors and high voltage induction motors provide high efficiency, reliability and availability across all major industries and applications, including some in the toughest and most demanding environments.
