Your Role
As Head of Project management ILS & Logistics Engineering at BU Airborne Early Warning in Gothenburg, you will manage a group of ILS managers and logistics engineers that work together to provide Saab Surveillance's customers with the information they need to operate and maintain our airborne radar systems.
Your responsibility includes individual coaching, continuous improvement of processes and methods, and supporting our personnel in their daily work. In addition, you need to create and maintain the necessary network within Saab to serve as the team's spokesperson.
Project management ILS & Logistics Engineering is one of four groups in the Integrated Logistics Support & Safety department. As Head of PM ILS & LE, you will be an important part of the ILS&S management team. The management team works closely together, and each individual contributes with their own experiences and strengths to take an active part in helping solve challenges of all groups within the department. Together we create an engaging and inclusive environment, to encourage growth and personal development.

Desired skills:
* Experience from defence, security, or related sectors
* Experience from project management
* Familiarity with the ASD suite of Integrated Product Support specifications
* Familiarity with Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
* The ability to initiate and follow through
* Excellent communication, listening and networking skills
* A genuine interest and curiosity in your fellow human beings and a natural openness to not shy away from interpersonal challenges
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
