Head of Project Management Office

We are recruiting an experienced Head of Project Management Office (PMO) who is passionate about managing a team across our country organization in Sweden and Switzerland. Someone who is mentoring, coaching and building up her/his team’s skills and who used to work in an international environment with complex products and alongside the management team on Project Management strategies and processes.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop our Project Management Office
· Review, update and create new strategies for the Project Office
· Drive continuous improvement in project work, in close collaboration with your project teams
· Take over responsibility for standardizing and optimizing project work methods
· Be a part of the Operational Management Team and develop UMS Operations together with your colleagues
· Direct interaction with existing and prospective clients
· Management, monitoring and supervision of the various projects
· Supporting our Sales Management in creating tenders


Qualifications:
· University degree within relevant area
· Significant experience in people management, good communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to manage conflicts and facilitate solution finding
· Significant experience in Project Management in a multiproject environment with complex products
· An ability to simplify and solve complex project requirements and support the project management team in turning them into feasible solutions
· Professionalism and sensitivity in managing project managers and client relationships
· Experience from working in the aviation industry is meritious
· Excellent English language skills. If you applying for the Swedish position, there is a requirement for fluent Swedish, both written and spoken.


Location / General:
· You can be located either in Sweden or Switzerland but travels to the other site will occur frequently
· Start immediately, considering possible notice.
